Narrative:
Right after rotation on takeoff a small flock of ducks or mallards got into the aircraft flight path. A bird strike occurred and some birds remains were ingested into the right (#3) engine causing a power loss on that pwrplant. Fuel dumping was coordinated with ATC. After bringing the aircraft to its landing weight. And ILS approach to runway 21R in dtw was executed. Normal approach and landing. No injuries resulted from such an incident.
