Narrative:
During slow period position failure of icss -- communication package. 2 days to fix. Later discovered that it was possible for total facility failure due to maintenance. Mistake of putting wrong circuit boards in wrong slots.

Narrative: DURING SLOW PERIOD POS FAILURE OF ICSS -- COM PACKAGE. 2 DAYS TO FIX. LATER DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS POSSIBLE FOR TOTAL FACILITY FAILURE DUE TO MAINT. MISTAKE OF PUTTING WRONG CIRCUIT BOARDS IN WRONG SLOTS.
