Narrative:
Upon nearing solberg, I avoided somerset to enter on 45 degree to downwind to runway 22. 3 targets appeared on TCASII. We sighted all 3 plus 2 additional targets. The offending aircraft was spotted approximately 500-600 ft below and traveling away. He then turned toward me and climbed. This required evasive action to avoid collision. We then landed without incident. At no time did the twin engine aircraft identify himself on the radio or land at solberg.
