Narrative:

Jammed stabilizer. Declared emergency, ran checklists. Safe landing made without incident. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states that company was supposed to get back to him regarding any information on what caused the jamming. He has heard nothing directly as of this time. Grapevine rumor is that the incident is being used as a teaching tool in training. It appears that ice had formed in a hydraulic reservoir and this blocked the system. He is still inquiring about what kind of fix they are working on. Aircraft is an F-28.
