Narrative:
Although the temperature was 35 degrees F and snow was falling the captain refused my suggestion to get deiced. Our airplane (F-28) does not have slats and is very susceptible to ice. This captain was too concerned with making schedule to consider safety.

Title: THE RPTR, FO, THOUGHT THE CAPT WAS IN ERROR IN NOT DE- ICING THE ACFT.
Narrative: ALTHOUGH THE TEMP WAS 35 DEGS F AND SNOW WAS FALLING THE CAPT REFUSED MY SUGGESTION TO GET DEICED. OUR AIRPLANE (F-28) DOES NOT HAVE SLATS AND IS VERY SUSCEPTIBLE TO ICE. THIS CAPT WAS TOO CONCERNED WITH MAKING SCHEDULE TO CONSIDER SAFETY.
