Narrative:
Last thursday, I took a safety issue to my chief pilot. He listened to my description of events, but felt proper channels must still be adhered to and insisted that I see and consult with my domicile chief pilot. Because I was so visibly upset with the current flying situation at hand, he was quite willing to take me off line at that point, and furthermore, place me on reserve for the remainder of the month so as to remove me from an unsafe flying condition that had obviously grown out of hand. I fault myself for not taking him up on his gracious offer and continuing to fly with this captain in question, rather than removing myself (i.e., take myself off line) and deadhead home. The next day as my trip passed through city, I spoke with my chief domicile pilot. Due to shortened ground time on my trip, we ran out of time to discuss the matter of length, hence the matter was left unresolved and unattended to. I completed the 3-DAY trip fri evening, and flew yet another 2-DAY trip over the wkend with my captain of the month.
