Narrative:

Landed on runway 13 and taxied to terminal. Was ready to taxi out 15 mins later. I had departed runway 13 numerous times in the past few days. The wind favored that runway. The first officer called for taxi instruction and we were cleared to taxi to runway 22. I did not hear the 22. As we were holding short for runway 13 the mistake became apparent. Tower cleared us for takeoff on runway 13 with no further comment.
