Narrative:
After takeoff from sfo we were advised by ATC that an aircraft that takeoff after us found debris on the runway. ATC was advising approximately 4 aircraft that had departed. We had no indication of any problem. We were later notified that a tire cap and part of a gear door from a B-737 was the debris. We still had no indication it was our aircraft. We continued tour destination (phl) where we made a precautionary landing that was uneventful. After shut down at the gate. We were informed it was our aircraft. The right tire on the right main mount had thrown a thread that damaged the gear door and flap. Required repairs were made.
