Narrative:
On dec/xx/94, at XX00, 2 mi northwest of wooster-wayne county airport (bjj), a twin-engine aircraft, low wing, reciprocating, passed 20 ft overhead of my rotating, tail-mounted beacon-equipped single engine aircraft, causing a near-miss situation. The twin approached from behind me, passed over my aircraft, at which time I observed that the twin's gear was extended, and continued in a southeast direction toward wooster-wayne county airport. Prior tot he near miss, the twin was not seen, nor was it heard on the wayne county unicom, which I was listening to. The twin then executed a wide, l-hand circle maneuver, and again took a direction which was on a collision course with my airplane. After a radio call made by me on the wayne county unicom, the twin discontinued its turn and headed away from the area, passing to my left. At no time was I in the wayne county traffic pattern, passing 1 mi north of the airport. The twin pilot apparently was not maintaining situational awareness.

Title: NMAC.
Narrative: ON DEC/XX/94, AT XX00, 2 MI NW OF WOOSTER-WAYNE COUNTY ARPT (BJJ), A TWIN-ENG ACFT, LOW WING, RECIPROCATING, PASSED 20 FT OVERHEAD OF MY ROTATING, TAIL-MOUNTED BEACON-EQUIPPED SINGLE ENG ACFT, CAUSING A NEAR-MISS SIT. THE TWIN APCHED FROM BEHIND ME, PASSED OVER MY ACFT, AT WHICH TIME I OBSERVED THAT THE TWIN'S GEAR WAS EXTENDED, AND CONTINUED IN A SE DIRECTION TOWARD WOOSTER-WAYNE COUNTY ARPT. AFTER A RADIO CALL MADE BY ME ON THE WAYNE COUNTY UNICOM, THE TWIN DISCONTINUED ITS TURN AND HEADED AWAY FROM THE AREA, PASSING TO MY L. AT NO TIME WAS I IN THE WAYNE COUNTY TFC PATTERN, PASSING 1 MI N OF THE ARPT. THE TWIN PLT APPARENTLY WAS NOT MAINTAINING SITUATIONAL AWARENESS.
