Narrative:

We tracked outbound via the ghm 066 degree radial as is visually depicted. Approach control called to inform us that we were in fact south of the radial we were supposed to be on (the bna 246 degree radial inbound). We corrected course right away and subsequently received vectors for the arrival flow into nashville. There were no apparent conflicts. I strongly suggest the graham 3 arrival visual depiction be changed to more closely represent the text in the arrival description. Take a look at this page. It needs to be changed.
