Narrative:
Subsequent to this flight, it has come to my attention that improper deicing procedures may have been used. Ie, that type 2 fluid should have been applied instead of just type 1 because even though there was no freezing rain at the time it was reported on the ATIS.

Title: WRONG DEICING FLUID FOR THE RPTED CONDITIONS.
Narrative: SUBSEQUENT TO THIS FLT, IT HAS COME TO MY ATTN THAT IMPROPER DEICING PROCS MAY HAVE BEEN USED. IE, THAT TYPE 2 FLUID SHOULD HAVE BEEN APPLIED INSTEAD OF JUST TYPE 1 BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO FREEZING RAIN AT THE TIME IT WAS RPTED ON THE ATIS.
