Narrative:
While taxiing via V1 and victor, we were given taxi instructions which we thought were for a runway 28L intersection J takeoff. As we approached runway 28C at victor, which is at the west departure end of runway 28C, we noticed a fokker F100 crossing runway 28C at the same time as us (we crossed at victor, he crossed at tango). We made a left on charlie. At this time ground called us and said we cleared to runway 28C. We were then given instructions for runway 28L at intersection J. There was no aircraft on final runway 28C. No conflicts occurred.
