Narrative:
Flying the sna ILS to runway 19R, approach did not hand me off to the tower. I did not realize it until after landing, while on the rollout. I landed without being cleared to land. I taxied clear of the runway, and contacted ground control. It was busy on the approach frequency, so I believe the controller simply missed the switch. I was busy also, trying to fly the approach at 120 KTS versus the normal 90 KTS, in an effort to comply with an ATC request to maintain best speed.

Narrative: FLYING THE SNA ILS TO RWY 19R, APCH DID NOT HAND ME OFF TO THE TWR. I DID NOT REALIZE IT UNTIL AFTER LNDG, WHILE ON THE ROLLOUT. I LANDED WITHOUT BEING CLRED TO LAND. I TAXIED CLR OF THE RWY, AND CONTACTED GND CTL. IT WAS BUSY ON THE APCH FREQ, SO I BELIEVE THE CTLR SIMPLY MISSED THE SWITCH. I WAS BUSY ALSO, TRYING TO FLY THE APCH AT 120 KTS VERSUS THE NORMAL 90 KTS, IN AN EFFORT TO COMPLY WITH AN ATC REQUEST TO MAINTAIN BEST SPD.
