Narrative:
The airspace was notamed as temporarily restr on the sts ATIS. It was not on the normal NOTAM teletype circuit. I became aware of the restr only when listening to ATIS prior to landing at sts. I feel this could be prevented in the future by restrs being published on the normal NOTAM (nosum) circuit.
