Narrative:
On pushback, was instructed by ground control to hold short of taxiway 'B'. I relayed this to the tug operator via radio. He did not stop. The tug operator could hear but had very little understanding of english. We stopped on taxiway 'B' no further problem.

Title: ACFT WAS PUSHED BACK ONTO A TXWY.
Narrative: ON PUSHBACK, WAS INSTRUCTED BY GND CTL TO HOLD SHORT OF TXWY 'B'. I RELAYED THIS TO THE TUG OPERATOR VIA RADIO. HE DID NOT STOP. THE TUG OPERATOR COULD HEAR BUT HAD VERY LITTLE UNDERSTANDING OF ENGLISH. WE STOPPED ON TXWY 'B' NO FURTHER PROB.
