Narrative:
From gate frequency 130.95 we were cleared to push with no specific instructions to the push crew from mia ramp control. The push crew pushed us onto a portion of taxiway. Normally they push tail east, but this time they pushed tail west. Ramp control then advised they had pushed us onto a portion of the taxiway. We then notified mia ground control. I advised the push crew what they had done and they did not seem to understand what they had done or that we were encroaching on a taxiway.

Narrative: FROM GATE FREQ 130.95 WE WERE CLRED TO PUSH WITH NO SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PUSH CREW FROM MIA RAMP CTL. THE PUSH CREW PUSHED US ONTO A PORTION OF TXWY. NORMALLY THEY PUSH TAIL E, BUT THIS TIME THEY PUSHED TAIL W. RAMP CTL THEN ADVISED THEY HAD PUSHED US ONTO A PORTION OF THE TXWY. WE THEN NOTIFIED MIA GND CTL. I ADVISED THE PUSH CREW WHAT THEY HAD DONE AND THEY DID NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY HAD DONE OR THAT WE WERE ENCROACHING ON A TXWY.
