Narrative:
When lowering the gear for landing at denver, front cockpit panel initially showed 3 green down and locked, then left main gear green arrow went out and associated red unsafe gear and red down arrow came on with gear warning horn (front panel only). So's panel remained 3 green down. Performed go around and accomplished checklist items. Upon lowering gear again, same indications existed. Switched to system #2 and landed without problems. Coordinated go around and second approach with tower and approach control.

Narrative: WHEN LOWERING THE GEAR FOR LNDG AT DENVER, FRONT COCKPIT PANEL INITIALLY SHOWED 3 GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED, THEN L MAIN GEAR GREEN ARROW WENT OUT AND ASSOCIATED RED UNSAFE GEAR AND RED DOWN ARROW CAME ON WITH GEAR WARNING HORN (FRONT PANEL ONLY). SO'S PANEL REMAINED 3 GREEN DOWN. PERFORMED GAR AND ACCOMPLISHED CHKLIST ITEMS. UPON LOWERING GEAR AGAIN, SAME INDICATIONS EXISTED. SWITCHED TO SYS #2 AND LANDED WITHOUT PROBS. COORDINATED GAR AND SECOND APCH WITH TWR AND APCH CTL.
