Rolling out on final at night (AM14 local) to runway 3 sat. We momentarily lost sight of the runway and the airport because of bright lights shining up into the air from a parking lot adjacent to the airport.

Title: MLG FLC HAS PROB MAINTAINING SIGHT OF THE RWY ON APCH DUE TO PARKING LOT LIGHTS SHINING UPWARD.
Narrative: ROLLING OUT ON FINAL AT NIGHT (AM14 LCL) TO RWY 3 SAT. WE MOMENTARILY LOST SIGHT OF THE RWY AND THE ARPT BECAUSE OF BRIGHT LIGHTS SHINING UP INTO THE AIR FROM A PARKING LOT ADJACENT TO THE ARPT.
