Title: CAPT (PNF) STATES THAT FLC LEVELED ACFT 1000 FT BELOW ATC ASSIGNED ALT. THE CAPT WAS ANGRY AT HIS COMPANY.
Narrative: LEVELED AT 16000 FT, CTLR TOLD US THAT HE SAID, '17000 FT.' HE SAID IT WAS NO PROB, BUT WE ALL KNOW HOW THAT GOES. HUMAN FACTORS -- ANGRY AT COMPANY. XA AIRLINES IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN.
