Narrative:
Arrived at bak airport for quick turn passenger pick up and departure. Airport had received approximately 6 inches of snow fall previous night and ramp area plowing had just been initiated. A rather narrow strip had been plowed from taxiway to terminal approximately 50 ft wide. On one side of clear area, a cessna 441 was parked and on the other side, the snowplow was operating. After loading passenger, as we taxied behind the parked aircraft, my attention was diverted to the snowplow on the opposite side. My left wingtip contacted the left elevator and rudder of the 441 as we passed behind it. Inspection by local mechanic disclosed no damage to parked aircraft and only a scuffed plastic lens cover on my aircraft. Close operating quarters should have raised flags of caution and I should have deplaned copilot to watch wing as we cleared. No FBO personnel were in sight to help park but this is common at this location.

Title: CORP SMT HITS WINGTIP ON PARKED ACFT DURING TAXI.
Narrative: ARRIVED AT BAK ARPT FOR QUICK TURN PAX PICK UP AND DEP. ARPT HAD RECEIVED APPROX 6 INCHES OF SNOW FALL PREVIOUS NIGHT AND RAMP AREA PLOWING HAD JUST BEEN INITIATED. A RATHER NARROW STRIP HAD BEEN PLOWED FROM TXWY TO TERMINAL APPROX 50 FT WIDE. ON ONE SIDE OF CLR AREA, A CESSNA 441 WAS PARKED AND ON THE OTHER SIDE, THE SNOWPLOW WAS OPERATING. AFTER LOADING PAX, AS WE TAXIED BEHIND THE PARKED ACFT, MY ATTN WAS DIVERTED TO THE SNOWPLOW ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE. MY L WINGTIP CONTACTED THE L ELEVATOR AND RUDDER OF THE 441 AS WE PASSED BEHIND IT. INSPECTION BY LCL MECH DISCLOSED NO DAMAGE TO PARKED ACFT AND ONLY A SCUFFED PLASTIC LENS COVER ON MY ACFT. CLOSE OPERATING QUARTERS SHOULD HAVE RAISED FLAGS OF CAUTION AND I SHOULD HAVE DEPLANED COPLT TO WATCH WING AS WE CLRED. NO FBO PERSONNEL WERE IN SIGHT TO HELP PARK BUT THIS IS COMMON AT THIS LOCATION.
