Narrative:
My left wingtip was clipped while I was parked behind the hold area of carroll county airport. I was waiting to taxi to runway 25. An small transport, twin engine airplane had landed and taxied to my left after leaving runway 25 upon entering the taxiway. 3 witnesses saw the left wing of the small transport clip my left wing. After the small transport passed my plane, an small aircraft, I turned around and parked my plane. The other pilot denied hitting my wing. The 3 witnesses and myself found a crack on the plastic housing for the strobe and navigation lights. The 3 witnesses were in my plane at the time of the occurrence and felt the impact of the collision as they observed the wing of the small transport strike my left wing. They could see what was happening because the navigation and strobe lights light up the area. If the small transport would have waited on the runway until I taxied around him, the accident could have been avoided.
