Narrative:

During a visual approach, with a lot of radio traffic, we did not receive or failed to hear approach switch us to tower. A normal landing was made. Upon landing we realized the error and called tower and received taxi instructions.

Narrative: DURING A VISUAL APCH, WITH A LOT OF RADIO TFC, WE DID NOT RECEIVE OR FAILED TO HEAR APCH SWITCH US TO TWR. A NORMAL LNDG WAS MADE. UPON LNDG WE REALIZED THE ERROR AND CALLED TWR AND RECEIVED TAXI INSTRUCTIONS.
