Narrative:
The aircraft had been picked up from maintenance at T04 georgetown, tx. 5 yr items including gear overhaul was performed. This was the first gear extension after maintenance. After gear extension and clearance by wiley post tower to land, I noticed no green lights despite the gear handle indicating a safe gear. I advised the tower of the problem and requested a fly- by which was performed. From the cockpit I could see the main gear extended -- the tower confirmed that all the gear was visible extended. Upon recycling I still did not obtain 3 greens despite the gear handle indicating safe. The gear was visibly extended. I assumed that this was a connector-indicator problem since I had an anomalous indication and landed. Upon landing, the left main gear collapsed, followed by the right and nose gear collapsing. The pilot was the only occupant and escaped injuries. The aircraft sustained only minor damage.

Title: SMT ON FERRY FLT AFTER MAINT HAS GEAR COLLAPSE AFTER LNDG.
Narrative: THE ACFT HAD BEEN PICKED UP FROM MAINT AT T04 GEORGETOWN, TX. 5 YR ITEMS INCLUDING GEAR OVERHAUL WAS PERFORMED. THIS WAS THE FIRST GEAR EXTENSION AFTER MAINT. AFTER GEAR EXTENSION AND CLRNC BY WILEY POST TWR TO LAND, I NOTICED NO GREEN LIGHTS DESPITE THE GEAR HANDLE INDICATING A SAFE GEAR. I ADVISED THE TWR OF THE PROB AND REQUESTED A FLY- BY WHICH WAS PERFORMED. FROM THE COCKPIT I COULD SEE THE MAIN GEAR EXTENDED -- THE TWR CONFIRMED THAT ALL THE GEAR WAS VISIBLE EXTENDED. UPON RECYCLING I STILL DID NOT OBTAIN 3 GREENS DESPITE THE GEAR HANDLE INDICATING SAFE. THE GEAR WAS VISIBLY EXTENDED. I ASSUMED THAT THIS WAS A CONNECTOR-INDICATOR PROB SINCE I HAD AN ANOMALOUS INDICATION AND LANDED. UPON LNDG, THE L MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED, FOLLOWED BY THE R AND NOSE GEAR COLLAPSING. THE PLT WAS THE ONLY OCCUPANT AND ESCAPED INJURIES. THE ACFT SUSTAINED ONLY MINOR DAMAGE.
