Narrative:
After departing marathon, fl (mth) en route to tampa, fl (tpa) climbing through 9000 ft MSL on an IFR flight plan, experienced and in-flight fire annunciator for the right engine. An emergency was declared. Standard company emergency procedures were followed and the engine was shut down in-flight. The flight returned to marathon (mth) and made an emergency landing without incident. There were no injuries to passenger observed or reported to the flight crew.

Title: ENG FIRE WARNING. INFLT FIRE.
Narrative: AFTER DEPARTING MARATHON, FL (MTH) ENRTE TO TAMPA, FL (TPA) CLBING THROUGH 9000 FT MSL ON AN IFR FLT PLAN, EXPERIENCED AND INFLT FIRE ANNUNCIATOR FOR THE R ENG. AN EMER WAS DECLARED. STANDARD COMPANY EMER PROCS WERE FOLLOWED AND THE ENG WAS SHUT DOWN INFLT. THE FLT RETURNED TO MARATHON (MTH) AND MADE AN EMER LNDG WITHOUT INCIDENT. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO PAX OBSERVED OR RPTED TO THE FLC.
