Narrative:

After landing runway 17 pns, determined radios not properly set, eg tower in active setting, ground in backup. Approach control frequency was still in transmitter. Neglected to contact tower. Contacted ground when clearance and no issue was raised. Apparently approach forgot to switch us over and we missed call to switch on our own. Contributing factors: captain, nfp, was having difficulty in contacting company to arrange for arrival. Multiple radios in operation too close to landing. Need to be more assertive and demand ground duties/concerns be packed in if not complete before approach phase.
