Narrative:
On approach to runway 22 at 2000 ft AGL and approximately 4 NM, we were cleared for the visual approach behind another aircraft. Approach control told us to contact the tower, on what we thought was 128.3. I was flying the plane and don't recall the frequency for sure. We continued inbound and got busy with completing the approach and before landing checklists, and I don't believe we received a landing clearance. I didn't figure this out until we taxied clear off the runway after landing and I saw 128.3 in the #1 VHF (primary communications). The correct tower frequency was 118.3. I called rochester tower and was told simply to taxi to the gate, after I told him that were on the ground, and that I believed we hadn't received landing clearance. The captain called the tower on the phone and they said not to worry about it. This was an oversight of the crew, and we should have been more vigilant. Suggest adding, 'landing clearance - received' to the before landing checklist. This should be required on all aircraft checklists, both civil and military.

Title: LNDG WITHOUT CLRNC.
Narrative: ON APCH TO RWY 22 AT 2000 FT AGL AND APPROX 4 NM, WE WERE CLRED FOR THE VISUAL APCH BEHIND ANOTHER ACFT. APCH CTL TOLD US TO CONTACT THE TWR, ON WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS 128.3. I WAS FLYING THE PLANE AND DON'T RECALL THE FREQ FOR SURE. WE CONTINUED INBOUND AND GOT BUSY WITH COMPLETING THE APCH AND BEFORE LNDG CHKLISTS, AND I DON'T BELIEVE WE RECEIVED A LNDG CLRNC. I DIDN'T FIGURE THIS OUT UNTIL WE TAXIED CLR OFF THE RWY AFTER LNDG AND I SAW 128.3 IN THE #1 VHF (PRIMARY COMS). THE CORRECT TWR FREQ WAS 118.3. I CALLED ROCHESTER TWR AND WAS TOLD SIMPLY TO TAXI TO THE GATE, AFTER I TOLD HIM THAT WERE ON THE GND, AND THAT I BELIEVED WE HADN'T RECEIVED LNDG CLRNC. THE CAPT CALLED THE TWR ON THE PHONE AND THEY SAID NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT. THIS WAS AN OVERSIGHT OF THE CREW, AND WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE VIGILANT. SUGGEST ADDING, 'LNDG CLRNC - RECEIVED' TO THE BEFORE LNDG CHKLIST. THIS SHOULD BE REQUIRED ON ALL ACFT CHKLISTS, BOTH CIVIL AND MIL.
