Narrative:

Cleared for takeoff runway 22L when door light came on requiring flight crew to abort. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter's attempt to send a complete report to his air carrier was rejected by the computer., the reporter was holding in position on runway 22L. As soon as he got into position, the forward cargo door light came on. Local control wanted him off of the runway as soon as possible, so the reporter took the first turn off. Apparently the tower did not know what to do with him and let him get so close to landing traffic on runway 27L that an aircraft had to go around. The reporter returned to the gate where a company ground personnel opened and closed the door and the reporter continued on. Apparently the taxiway markings at this intersection are poor, especially at night.

Title: ACFT EQUIP PROB CARGO DOOR LIGHT ON.

Narrative: CLRED FOR TKOF RWY 22L WHEN DOOR LIGHT CAME ON REQUIRING FLC TO ABORT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR'S ATTEMPT TO SEND A COMPLETE RPT TO HIS ACR WAS REJECTED BY THE COMPUTER., THE RPTR WAS HOLDING IN POS ON RWY 22L. AS SOON AS HE GOT INTO POS, THE FORWARD CARGO DOOR LIGHT CAME ON. LCL CTL WANTED HIM OFF OF THE RWY ASAP, SO THE RPTR TOOK THE FIRST TURN OFF. APPARENTLY THE TWR DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH HIM AND LET HIM GET SO CLOSE TO LNDG TFC ON RWY 27L THAT AN ACFT HAD TO GAR. THE RPTR RETURNED TO THE GATE WHERE A CGP OPENED AND CLOSED THE DOOR AND THE RPTR CONTINUED ON. APPARENTLY THE TXWY MARKINGS AT THIS INTXN ARE POOR, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.
