Narrative:
Flight from lax to ft worth meecham field. WX at destination was mi overcast 5/8 l-f. Our flight was cleared for the acton 4 arrival to meecham field. While flying that arrival a decision was made because of the WX conditions at meecham to divert to dallas, ft worth where the conditions were 3 overcast 1 F. During the reprogramming of the FMS to the dfw approach the speed restr for hulen intersection was not reentered or didn't display. Upon crossing hulen ATC requested we slow our speed to 210 KTS, at that time ATC asked our speed. Upon advising ATC of our speed, the controller told us we missed our speed restr at hulen. We continued with the rest of approach and landing, which was uneventful.
