Narrative:

Landing was made on lit runway 4L at approximately XX07 pm local time. We exited the runway at taxiway J. Taxiway J intersects with taxiway F, turns to the right and proceeds to the ramp area. While executing this turn, the aircraft's right main gear exited the concrete. Passenger were deplaned and bussed to the terminal. With the assistance of contract maintenance personnel, the right main gear was returned to the pavement and the aircraft was towed to the gate. An appropriate log book entry was made. Long day, duty time 10 hours 50 mins at time of incident. 135 degree turn, taxi lights 6-8 ft from edge of txwys. No centerline lights or markings. Anxious to get to gate since flight was operating late, all contributed.

Title: TXWY EXCURSION.

Narrative: LNDG WAS MADE ON LIT RWY 4L AT APPROX XX07 PM LCL TIME. WE EXITED THE RWY AT TXWY J. TXWY J INTERSECTS WITH TXWY F, TURNS TO THE R AND PROCEEDS TO THE RAMP AREA. LONG DAY, DUTY TIME 10 HRS 50 MINS AT TIME OF INCIDENT. 135 DEG TURN, TAXI LIGHTS 6-8 FT FROM EDGE OF TXWYS. NO CTRLINE LIGHTS OR MARKINGS. ANXIOUS TO GET TO GATE SINCE FLT WAS OPERATING LATE, ALL CONTRIBUTED.
