Narrative:
Flight was IFR and being controled by dayton approach -- when we were within 3 mi of the field the approach control released us for a visual approach and advised us to cancel on the ground. We used 122.8 to get the lights on and set up an approach to runway 20. We had been advised winds were 10-12 KTS gusting to 30 KTS out of the west. This resulted in a stiff crosswind and after touch-down we drifted quickly to the left -- then a strong gust drove us off the runway. The aircraft went into snow deposited by plowing operation and nosed over landing on it's back. All occupants exited without injury.

Title: LOSS OF ACFT CTL DURING LNDG PROC XWIND LNDG ROLLOUT.
Narrative: FLT WAS IFR AND BEING CTLED BY DAYTON APCH -- WHEN WE WERE WITHIN 3 MI OF THE FIELD THE APCH CTL RELEASED US FOR A VISUAL APCH AND ADVISED US TO CANCEL ON THE GND. WE USED 122.8 TO GET THE LIGHTS ON AND SET UP AN APCH TO RWY 20. WE HAD BEEN ADVISED WINDS WERE 10-12 KTS GUSTING TO 30 KTS OUT OF THE W. THIS RESULTED IN A STIFF XWIND AND AFTER TOUCH-DOWN WE DRIFTED QUICKLY TO THE L -- THEN A STRONG GUST DROVE US OFF THE RWY. THE ACFT WENT INTO SNOW DEPOSITED BY PLOWING OP AND NOSED OVER LNDG ON IT'S BACK. ALL OCCUPANTS EXITED WITHOUT INJURY.
