Narrative:
Arriving at kenosha (enw) VFR, I called unicom on 122.7 listed on the current VFR chart and in my 'flight guide' as the current CTAF. I announced my arrival 10 mi east and asked for airport advisory -- no response. I continued inbound and announced wind entry and a right hand pattern to runway 24R. There was no traffic observed. There was a new tower there from which I could see no motion or light signals so I landed and taxied to the FBO to discover the tower is in operation. I received no call from the tower. I also discovered they have changed unicom frequency (the reason no one called me back). The tower change was not notamed even though it is not on the current VFR chart. It is (I found out later) in the new airport facilities directory and on the approach plates.

Title: RPTR ENTERED ARPT TFC AREA CLASS D AIRSPACE AND LANDED AT THE ARPT WITHOUT CONTACTING THE TWR.
Narrative: ARRIVING AT KENOSHA (ENW) VFR, I CALLED UNICOM ON 122.7 LISTED ON THE CURRENT VFR CHART AND IN MY 'FLT GUIDE' AS THE CURRENT CTAF. I ANNOUNCED MY ARR 10 MI E AND ASKED FOR ARPT ADVISORY -- NO RESPONSE. I CONTINUED INBOUND AND ANNOUNCED WIND ENTRY AND A R HAND PATTERN TO RWY 24R. THERE WAS NO TFC OBSERVED. THERE WAS A NEW TWR THERE FROM WHICH I COULD SEE NO MOTION OR LIGHT SIGNALS SO I LANDED AND TAXIED TO THE FBO TO DISCOVER THE TWR IS IN OP. I RECEIVED NO CALL FROM THE TWR. I ALSO DISCOVERED THEY HAVE CHANGED UNICOM FREQ (THE REASON NO ONE CALLED ME BACK). THE TWR CHANGE WAS NOT NOTAMED EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT ON THE CURRENT VFR CHART. IT IS (I FOUND OUT LATER) IN THE NEW ARPT FACILITIES DIRECTORY AND ON THE APCH PLATES.
