Narrative:

Was at 13000 ft and was cleared to cross 40 mi northwest of cvg at 11000 ft. Was at about 12000 ft when RA alert on TCASII went off. Followed TCASII, had to climb to about 13500 until clear of conflict, informed center and went down to 11000 ft as soon as conflict cleared.
