Narrative:
Cleared on to hold runway 4R. Final was clear. Passed hold short line for runway 4R and saw an air carrier ATR aircraft lined up to land on runway 4R. Aircraft was stopped short of runway 4R, but passed the hold short line. ATR was sent around by tower.

Narrative: CLRED ON TO HOLD RWY 4R. FINAL WAS CLR. PASSED HOLD SHORT LINE FOR RWY 4R AND SAW AN ACR ATR ACFT LINED UP TO LAND ON RWY 4R. ACFT WAS STOPPED SHORT OF RWY 4R, BUT PASSED THE HOLD SHORT LINE. ATR WAS SENT AROUND BY TWR.
