Narrative:
I was in the traffic pattern, with my student, doing touch and goes. We were on downwind and my student had just announced our position on unicom (123.0) when we heard a twin cessna call downwind. As we turned base we looked and did not see any traffic, we assumed that he was behind us. As we turned final, I announced our position. Just as we touched down we heard 'that's great, you just landed in front of me' I then took the controls and began to takeoff to get out of his way. The twin cessna, a 414, then went around on our right side and began yelling on the unicom. He then turned left across the runway in front of us, and was told by unicom that he was flying through an active parachute jump zone, so he then proceeded to make a right turn crossing the runway 90 degrees and heading directly at us at our altitude. I then made a left turn to avoid a possible collision. We then went around without further incident.

Title: LTSS - A LIGHT TWIN ACFT MAY HAVE BEEN CUTOFF BY THE RPTR'S ACFT. THE TWIN THEN FLEW DANGEROUSLY CLOSE TO THE RPTR'S ACFT DURING ITS GAR AND INITIAL CLB.

HE THEN TURNED L ACROSS THE RWY IN FRONT OF US, AND WAS TOLD BY UNICOM THAT HE WAS FLYING THROUGH AN ACTIVE PARACHUTE JUMP ZONE, SO HE THEN PROCEEDED TO MAKE A R TURN XING THE RWY 90 DEGS AND HDG DIRECTLY AT US AT OUR ALT. I THEN MADE A L TURN TO AVOID A POSSIBLE COLLISION. WE THEN WENT AROUND WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
