Narrative:
Cpr X descending in VFR conditions, paralleling ILS, talking to approach. Controller, also working aircraft on ILS, aircraft Y breaks out of cloud layer on approach and sees our aircraft to left and is concerned of spacing, ATC never called IFR traffic to us, and we never saw. Approximately separation was 2 mi, IFR traffic upset at the separation given by ATC while on approach.

APPROX SEPARATION WAS 2 MI, IFR TFC UPSET AT THE SEPARATION GIVEN BY ATC WHILE ON APCH.
