Narrative:

Aircraft was pushed back from spot 1 faced 330 degrees for taxi down 'F' taxiway via ramp taxiway aircraft parked in spot '2' ramp is very narrow, on pushback aircraft was positioned very close to edge of ramp as captain started taxi to maintain safe distance from other aircraft right gear exited taxiway. First officer so were performing before takeoff checklist at that time. Contributing factors were the very narrow ramp taxiway, being positioned close to taxiway edge on pushback. Poor airport lighting, taxiway centerline almost not visible. Supplemental information from acn 298542:I feel the cause of this incident was that 2 out of 3 crew members were not involved in watching outside the cockpit to help the captain maneuver on a ramp taxiway that did not allow any room for error.
