Narrative:

During landing checklist radioed in to atw tower. Continued with checklist still radioed. No answer. Landed without clearance with no incident nor accident. Switched radios, found circuit breaker popped on short final then used backup radio on ground frequency. Reported to maintenance about problem talked to ATC agency no report filed.
