Narrative:

Once again had to wait for a marshaller at gate. Marshaller directed me in but was too close to the nose so I stopped. When I could see him again I applied power on #1 and #3 but could not move with normal power. About that time a mechanic ran up and gave me the 'set brakes' signal. Shortly thereafter the mechanic signaled release brakes and the marshaller began directing me forward. I finally had to open the window and get him to move into my line of sight. After parking the mechanic came up and said an agent had chocked the wheels the first time I stopped and was trying to remove the chocks while I had the power up. Someone could have been seriously injured or worse!! Several errors were made by this crew.
