Narrative:

Operations agent at lga called for fuel reduction flight frm lga to pit. I amended release to show fuel reduction to 19100 pounds from 22300 pounds. Captain then called to advise that aircraft cargo was loaded incorrectly and was being removed. He specified that he wanted original fuel load. I advised him that release noted to top fuel off load permitting. I found out on mar/fri/95 that flight landed approximately 700 pounds overweight.

Narrative: OPS AGENT AT LGA CALLED FOR FUEL REDUCTION FLT FRM LGA TO PIT. I AMENDED RELEASE TO SHOW FUEL REDUCTION TO 19100 LBS FROM 22300 LBS. CAPT THEN CALLED TO ADVISE THAT ACFT CARGO WAS LOADED INCORRECTLY AND WAS BEING REMOVED. HE SPECIFIED THAT HE WANTED ORIGINAL FUEL LOAD. I ADVISED HIM THAT RELEASE NOTED TO TOP FUEL OFF LOAD PERMITTING. I FOUND OUT ON MAR/FRI/95 THAT FLT LANDED APPROX 700 LBS OVERWT.
