Narrative:
At XA20 CDT on mar/tue/95, scheduling offered me makeup sequence, an oma turn from ord, deadhead to oma. Since I live in oma, scheduling allowed me to originate in oma. About 2 hours before sign-in at oma, I realized I did not have my kitbag. After trying at length to contact my captain in oma, I drove to the airport to notify him. He reviewed the situation with Y and Z through a conference call. They determined that all FAA-required equipment was available to conduct the flight with the exception of the F100 volume ii system manual. A complete copy of the manual was made with the help of a dfw fokker crew that arrived at oma on a turn from dfw. With a copy of volume ii in our possession. We departed oma on schedule and arrived at ord without further incident.
