Narrative:
On approach to sna heading 270 degrees at 4000 ft just west of extended centerline of runway 19R in vicinity of snake, received a TCASII RA. Climbed to 4250 ft and an air carrier DC9 passed under right wing. When passenger deplaned in sna, several comments were made in reference to the situation.
