Narrative:
I was too preoccupied tracking an NDB and not looking at the landscape and chart enough. I should have backed up my progress with VOR, pilotage and dead reckoning. The NDB receiver seemed to malfunction.

Title: RPTR ERROR ADMITTED IN HDG TRACK DEV AND UNAUTH PENETRATION OF CLASS B D AIRSPACE.
Narrative: I WAS TOO PREOCCUPIED TRACKING AN NDB AND NOT LOOKING AT THE LANDSCAPE AND CHART ENOUGH. I SHOULD HAVE BACKED UP MY PROGRESS WITH VOR, PILOTAGE AND DEAD RECKONING. THE NDB RECEIVER SEEMED TO MALFUNCTION.
