Narrative:
On mar/xx/95, heavy mountain wave activity in colorado required routing aircraft around this area from a dispatch perspective. Flts abc/xa, def/xa/ ghi/xb (pdx-dfw) were among the affected flts. I elected to route them over fmn for safety. This required using a little used routing. All rtes in our database are prestored involving appropriate flight levels. In this case however the database held improper en route flight levels, a wrong way airway indicator actually. When filing these flight plans I missed this error. The crew on ghi/xb brought this mistake to my attention. The database was immediately corrected. I do not believe any flts accepted improper flight levels. My personal attention to this area has been greatly increased. Reminding me that occasionally computers are programmed improperly.
