Narrative:
The reason I believe that I climbed 400 ft above my assigned altitude was due to the flight conditions at the time. There was icing and a rough running engine that was distracting my attention. I caught the problem within 30 seconds and went back down to my assigned altitude of 11000 ft.

Title: ALTDEV OVERSHOOT ON CLB.
Narrative: THE REASON I BELIEVE THAT I CLBED 400 FT ABOVE MY ASSIGNED ALT WAS DUE TO THE FLT CONDITIONS AT THE TIME. THERE WAS ICING AND A ROUGH RUNNING ENG THAT WAS DISTRACTING MY ATTN. I CAUGHT THE PROB WITHIN 30 SECONDS AND WENT BACK DOWN TO MY ASSIGNED ALT OF 11000 FT.
