Narrative:
Cabin area filled up with smoke, executed smoke removal, and landed in bji. As passenger departed they stated they could not get oxygen from their masks. They were briefed twice on how to use them. I believe the reason they could not receive oxygen was due to the fact they did not read their passenger briefing card on how to use the oxygen masks. Also, once we landed and deplaned, I noticed no oxygen masks plugged in to the oxygen outlets above their seats, so possible they did not plug them in.
