Narrative:
My student and I had been doing touch-and-goes for 30-40 mins. I was on downwind with him and I heard a radio call of 5 mins out on the ILS runway 33. Based on that call I turned base (l-hand) for runway 33. When we were flying on base the cherokee 6 called a 3-MIN final. We turned final 1/2 mi final and as we rolled wings level I heard 3 mi final coming from the cherokee 6. I made a quick call immediately after his saying cessna on short final on runway 33 mkt. He passed me apparently from above, sinking below me from behind, then underneath. I saw him come out from underneath at a speed approximately 30 KTS faster than us. By the time I saw him it was too late to take any action, it was over. He passed underneath at an altitude of approximately 150 ft AGL. The events that put us in this situation were his radio calls and myself trying to stay clear. He did not enter the pattern and probably should have as we are a busy airport. My airplane was a C152, his was a cherokee 6.

Title: NMAC INSTRUCTOR PLT IS PASSED ON SHORT FINAL APCH BY AN ACFT THAT FLIES BENEATH HIM.
Narrative: MY STUDENT AND I HAD BEEN DOING TOUCH-AND-GOES FOR 30-40 MINS. I WAS ON DOWNWIND WITH HIM AND I HEARD A RADIO CALL OF 5 MINS OUT ON THE ILS RWY 33. WE TURNED FINAL 1/2 MI FINAL AND AS WE ROLLED WINGS LEVEL I HEARD 3 MI FINAL COMING FROM THE CHEROKEE 6. I MADE A QUICK CALL IMMEDIATELY AFTER HIS SAYING CESSNA ON SHORT FINAL ON RWY 33 MKT. HE PASSED ME APPARENTLY FROM ABOVE, SINKING BELOW ME FROM BEHIND, THEN UNDERNEATH. I SAW HIM COME OUT FROM UNDERNEATH AT A SPD APPROX 30 KTS FASTER THAN US. BY THE TIME I SAW HIM IT WAS TOO LATE TO TAKE ANY ACTION, IT WAS OVER. HE PASSED UNDERNEATH AT AN ALT OF APPROX 150 FT AGL. THE EVENTS THAT PUT US IN THIS SIT WERE HIS RADIO CALLS AND MYSELF TRYING TO STAY CLR. HE DID NOT ENTER THE PATTERN AND PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE AS WE ARE A BUSY ARPT. MY AIRPLANE WAS A C152, HIS WAS A CHEROKEE 6.
