Narrative:
Air carrier X from spot '6' was cleared to taxi to runway 9L via K3, K. We taxied onto K3, but went past K across runway 9R (an active runway) onto taxiway M. I, the first officer, was getting the weight and balance and missed helping the captain with the turn. Air carrier Y was taking off aborted takeoff and cleared the runway. K3 is an exit from an alleyway that also crosses an active runway and should be marked with flashing lights to prevent this from happening again. Also no checklists while turning. Supplemental information from acn 302610: air carrier Y cleared into position and hold on runway 9L phl. When cleared for takeoff I turned aircraft over to first officer. He added power I turned on al external lights, and called 80 KTS, at that time first officer saw air carrier X taxiing toward and onto our runway. I looked up saw X and rejected takeoff. We stopped approximately 2000 ft from X. We taxied off runway and tower cleared us to taxi back for takeoff. Supplemental information from acn 302781: aircraft Y on takeoff roll aircraft X failed to follow proper taxi instructions and crossed runway in front of departing aircraft Y. Aircraft Y aborted takeoff and turned off at taxiway 950 ft from taxiway aircraft X crossed at. Pilot of aircraft X stated on phone conversation that he 'thought' because of the traffic on the taxiway he was assigned awaiting departure we wanted him on the other side of the runway. Taxi route issued was via kilo 3 and kilo to runway 9L. Aircraft went across at kilo 3 to taxiway microphone.
