Narrative:

I inadvertently flew the clearance that I had received incorrectly. Instead of flying my copied clearance, I flew a clearance that I had received on prior flts. This was called to my attention upon contacting center. At that point I realized my error, intercepted my assigned course and continued my flight with no further problem. My corrective action will be to copy clrncs carefully and review them in detail before takeoff.

Title: PLT DID NOT FLY ASSIGNED DEP CLRNC.

Narrative: I INADVERTENTLY FLEW THE CLRNC THAT I HAD RECEIVED INCORRECTLY. INSTEAD OF FLYING MY COPIED CLRNC, I FLEW A CLRNC THAT I HAD RECEIVED ON PRIOR FLTS. THIS WAS CALLED TO MY ATTN UPON CONTACTING CTR. AT THAT POINT I REALIZED MY ERROR, INTERCEPTED MY ASSIGNED COURSE AND CONTINUED MY FLT WITH NO FURTHER PROB. MY CORRECTIVE ACTION WILL BE TO COPY CLRNCS CAREFULLY AND REVIEW THEM IN DETAIL BEFORE TKOF.
