Narrative:

After leveling at FL310, center cleared us to FL370, then asked us to level in 4 mins or less. At FL370, got behind the power curve and speed decayed until buffet was felt. Requested lower and descended to FL360, regained speed and climbed back to FL370. No traffic conflict was noted.

Narrative: AFTER LEVELING AT FL310, CTR CLRED US TO FL370, THEN ASKED US TO LEVEL IN 4 MINS OR LESS. AT FL370, GOT BEHIND THE PWR CURVE AND SPD DECAYED UNTIL BUFFET WAS FELT. REQUESTED LOWER AND DSNDED TO FL360, REGAINED SPD AND CLBED BACK TO FL370. NO TFC CONFLICT WAS NOTED.
