Narrative:

Had illuminated access compartment door light illumination at liftoff. Aircraft not pressurizing. During climb to 5000 ft MSL, had loud wind noise near nose gear area and flickering aft cargo door light. Suspect malfunctioning switch or latch on an access door. Return to ord to investigate. No emergency declared. Landing uneventful. Maintenance found electrical compartment door under lower fuselage partly open and switch only sending correct signals to annunciator lights sometimes. Worked on latch, switch and relamped all annunciator light bulbs.

Narrative: HAD ILLUMINATED ACCESS COMPARTMENT DOOR LIGHT ILLUMINATION AT LIFTOFF. ACFT NOT PRESSURIZING. WORKED ON LATCH, SWITCH AND RELAMPED ALL ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT BULBS.
